Hello! I’m looking at how museums can support people with dementia to live enjoyable lives. So far, I’m finding out things like how groups can be run so they’re easier for people with dementia to take part. Because I’m talking to people with dementia, I’m also finding out what they want which is really important. They’re telling me things like whether they want the group to just be people with dementia or to also include other people.
I think the most important thing is that people with dementia want to be included and want other people to listen to them so they can say what they want and what will help them to be included.
