      Accents change constantly. Your accent will change depending on if you’re talking to your parent/guardian versus talking to your doctor.

      We change the way we speak to best fit with the person we’re speaking to — you wouldn’t talk to your doctor the same way that you talk to your friend. Humans constantly adapt their ways of speaking in order to make themselves as understandable as possible and to show their relationships i.e. using certain ‘slang’ with friends, yet using ‘professional’ language at work!
